supplementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 550/1990 Coll., on

the scope of the authorities of the United States in cases of transfers of State ownership to

some of the things to other legal or natural persons, as amended by

amended



Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:



Article. (I)



The law of the Czech National Council No. 550/1990 Coll., on the scope of the authorities of the United

of the Republic in matters relating to transfers of State ownership to some of the things on the other

legal or natural persons, as amended by law No 438/1991 Coll., Act

No 282/1992 Coll., Act No. 478/1992 Coll., Act No. 171/1993 Coll. and

Act No. 154/1994 Coll., shall be supplemented as follows:



1. in article 15, paragraph 2. 2, letter j) the following point to) that reads:



"to) to transfer 3.0 billion. To the chapter General cash administration

the State budget of the Czech Republic for the year 1995, which will be in the years

1995 and 1996 used to fund investment projects Program

upgrading of technical condition and equipment of schools and educational institutions

issued by the Ministry of education, youth and sports. ".



2. in article 15, paragraph 2. 3, after the words "paragraph 2", the words "(a). a) to

(j)) ".



3. in article 15, paragraph 3, the following paragraph 4 is added:



"(4) the Ministry of education, youth and sports is to ratify, after

consultation with the Ministry of finance published by generally binding legal

Regulation laying down the rules for the submission of applications, distribution and

the release of funds for the investment subsidies under the program

upgrading of technical condition and equipment of schools and educational institutions

under § 15 para. 2 (a). k) of this Act. ".



Paragraphs 4 and 5 shall be renumbered as paragraphs 5 and 6.



Article II



This Act shall take effect on the date of publication.
