DECREE



of 13 October. September 2010,



amending Decree No. 177/2009 Coll., on detailed conditions

termination of education in secondary education, GCSE, as amended by

Decree No. 90/2010 Sb.



The Ministry of education, youth and sports, establishes, pursuant to § 81 para.

11, section 91 paragraph 2. 1 and section 113a of the paragraph. 2 Act No. 561/2004 Coll., on

pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education

(the Education Act), as amended by Act No. 242/2008 Coll. and Act No. 49/2009

Coll.:



Article. (I)



Decree No. 177/2009 Coll., on detailed conditions of termination of education

in high school, GCSE as amended by Decree No. 90/2010

Coll., is amended as follows:



1. In paragraph 1 (b). f), the words "worksheets for examination from the Czech

language and literature and from a foreign language held in oral form, ' shall be deleted.



2. In paragraph 1 (b). g), the words "portion of the test documentation, which contains"

shall be deleted.



3. In paragraph 1, the following point (j)) the following new subparagraph to), which read as follows:

12. in paragraph 4, paragraphs 5 to 7 shall be added:

17. in section 8, paragraphs 2 to 5 shall be added:
