in the wording of later regulations



Parliament has passed the following Act of the Czech Republic:



PART THE FIRST



Amendment of the Act on road safety



Article. (I)



Act No. 361/2000 Coll., on the road, and about the changes

Some laws (the law on road traffic), as amended by Act No.

60/2001 Coll., Act No. 478/2001 Coll., Act No. 62/2002 Coll., Act No.

311/2002 Coll., Act No. 320/2002 Coll., Act No. 436/2003 Coll., Act No.

53/2004 Coll., the Act No. 229/2005 Coll., Act No. 411/2005 Coll., Act No.

76/2006 Coll., Act No. 226/2006 Coll., Act No. 264/2006 Coll. and Act No.

342/2006 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:



1. In article 27, paragraph 2, including the footnotes no 16a is hereby repealed.



Paragraphs 3 to 6 shall be renumbered as paragraphs 2 to 5.



2. In section 47, paragraph. 5, the words "less than 50 USD" shall be replaced by "in the

the amount of 50 000 CZK and the lower ".



3. In the annex to the law to the first entry for 1 point is added:



"the illegal use of highways or roads for motor vehicles motor

the vehicle or combination of vehicles of which the construction or technical condition

does not achieve the speed specified in § 35 paragraph. 11. "



4. In the annex to the Act with the fourth entry for 1 point is deleted.

1. In section 22, paragraph. 1, letter a), including footnotes, no 3d:



") drives the vehicle,



1. on which conflict with the special legal regulation is not located

table of vehicle number plates (license plates) or is located

another table registration (license plates), than that

the vehicle was allocated,



2. the table of vehicle number plates (license plates) is

hidden, illegible or modified or placed so that it is impossible or

significantly impeded its readability,



3. which is technically ineligible for use on the road

other participants in the traffic on the road,



3D) section 37 of Act No. 56/2001 Coll., on conditions for the operation of vehicles on

the road and on the amendment of the Act No. 168/1999 Coll., on insurance

liability for damage caused by operation of the vehicle and amending certain

related laws (the law on liability insurance

the vehicle), as amended by Act No. 309/1999 Coll. ".



2. In section 22, paragraph. 1 (a). (h)), the words "death or injury occurs

persons "shall be replaced by" is another bodily health ".



3. In section 22, paragraph. 1 (a). j), the words "less than" be deleted and the words "50

USD "shall be inserted after the words" and less ".



4. In section 22 to the end of paragraph 6, the words "and in accordance with paragraph 1

(a). f) point 11 ".



5. In section 22, paragraph. 7, the words "and 11" shall be deleted.



6. In section 68, paragraph. 1, after the words "and offences under the", the words "§ 22

paragraph. 1 (a). (h)) and ".



PART THE THIRD



The effectiveness of the



Article. (III)



This Act shall take effect on the date of its publication.
