DECREE



of 11 December 1997. June 2010,



amending the Decree of the Ministry of industry and trade no. 345/2002

Coll., laying down a gauge to a gauge and authentication

subject to approval, as amended



The Ministry of industry and trade shall determine in accordance with section 27 of Act No. 506/1990

Coll. on metrology, as amended by Act No. 121/2000 Coll. and Act No 137/2002

Article. (I)



Decree No 345/2002 Coll., which provides for the gauge to a compulsory

authentication and gauges subject to type approval, as amended by Decree No.

65/2006 Coll. and Decree No. 261/2007 Coll., is amended as follows:



1. In annex V, item 2.1.3 b) including footnote No 3

added:



"(b)) scales CL. 0.5; 1 and 2 for weighing 1 year

vehicles on the move for determining penalties,

fees, charges and taxes; for low-speed

check weighing under a special

law ^ 3); for the weighing of the sand,

natural aggregates, solid municipal waste.

2. In annex V, item 2.1.3 is the letter b) the following point (c)),

added:
