Government orders under section 3 c of paragraph 1. 2 Act No. 586/1992 Coll., on insurance

for general health insurance, as amended by Act No. 137/2001 Coll.:



§ 1



Assessment base for the year 2004 with the person he is liable for

General health insurance premiums to the State, the amount is Eur 3 520.



§ 2



This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 1, 2004.
