The Czech National Council agreed on this law:

Article. (III)
The law of the Czech National Council No. 2/1969 Coll., on establishment of ministries and other
the central authorities of the State administration of the Czech Socialist Republic, as amended by
amended, shall be amended and supplemented as follows:
1. In section 15(2). 1 are deleted, the words "and water". In the words of the
"food industry", the words "public water supply and public
the sewer ".
2. In section 19, paragraph. 2 the words "the protection of the natural accumulation of water and water
resources and protection of the quality of surface water and groundwater "shall be replaced by the words
"water management with the exception of things belonging to the scope of the

Article IV
Shall be deleted:
1. the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic Regulation No 26/1975 Coll., on the
fines for violation of the obligations laid down in the field of water

2. Decree of the Ministry of forestry and water management of the Czech
the Socialist Republic No. 66/1987 Coll., on the Czech water management
inspection.

The Bureau of the Czech National Council is hereby authorised, in the collection of laws

water management, as is apparent from subsequent laws.
Article VI
This Act shall take effect on the date of publication.
