GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 10 June 1999. may, 2010,
amending Government Decree No. 396/2004 Coll., on procedures, content, and
the form of information on the occurrence of dangerous non-food products
The Government decrees referred to in § 9 para. 4 Act No. 102/2001 Coll., on General
product safety and on amendments to certain acts (the Act on the General
product safety), as amended by Act No. 277/2003 Coll.:
Article. (I)
Decree-Law No 396/2004 Coll., on the procedures, the content and form of information about the
the occurrence of dangerous non-food products, is amended as follows:
1. Footnote 3 is added:
"3) Commission decision 2010/15/EC of 16 December 2002 December 2009
provides guidance for the management of the Community system for the rapid exchange of
information "RAPEX" set up under article 12 and to the notification procedure
determined in accordance with article 11 of Directive 2001/95/EC (directive on the General
product safety). ".
2. In paragraph 1, after the words "the community" ^ 3 ")" the words "(hereinafter referred to as

3. § 2, including the title reads as follows:

The content and form of information
