Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:



Article. (I)



Act No. 257/2001 Coll. on libraries and the conditions of operation of public

Library and information services (the Library Act), as amended by law

No 1/2005 is amended as follows:



1. in article 3, paragraph 3 shall be deleted.



2. In section 4, paragraph 4. 1 introductory part of the provisions, the word "in" is deleted,

the beginning of the letter a) and (c)) shall be inserted after the word "in", at the beginning of subparagraph (b))

inserted the word "in", and the letter d) is added:



"(d)) in allowing access to information on the Internet, to which it has

free library access. ".



Footnote 2 shall be deleted.



3. In section 4, paragraph 4. 3 of the introductory part of the provisions, the word "in" is deleted,

the beginning of the letter b), d) and (e)) is inserted the word "in", at the beginning of subparagraph (c))

shall be inserted after the word "in", and the letter a) is added:



") in access to paid information on the Internet".



4. in section 24 para. 2 the second sentence, the words "31. December 2006 "is replaced by

the words "31. December 2007 ".



Article II



This law shall enter into force on the fifteenth day following the date of its publication.
