DECREE



from day 1. July 2011,



amending Decree No. 469/2003 Coll. on the use of tobacco stamps

When the labelling of tobacco products, as amended



The Ministry of Finance shall determine pursuant to § 139 paragraph 2. 1 the Act No. 353/2003

Coll. on the Excise Tax Act, as amended by Act No. 217/2005 Coll., Act No.

575/2006 Coll. and Act No. 37/2008 Coll.:



Article. (I)



Decree No. 469/2003 Coll. on the use of tobacco when marking stickers

tobacco products, as amended by Decree No 276/2005 Coll. and Decree No.

72/2007 Coll., is amended as follows:



1. In article 2 (2). 1, the words "or accurate to use" shall be deleted;

and the words "and other tobacco, the quantity of such" shall be replaced by the word

"quantity".



2. in article 2, paragraph 3 reads:



"(3) Tobacco sticker label from the specified part of a pack,

that is adapted to the opening, so that it was not possible without

visible damage tobacco decal package open. The Pack may have

only one part of a specially tailored to the opening. ".



3. in article 2, paragraphs 4 and 5 shall be deleted.



4. In the title and text of section 3, the words "the employee, who works at the customs

the authority "shall be replaced by" public official of the Customs Office "and the words

"manufacturer" shall be inserted after the words "authorised recipient".



5. In the title and text of section 4, the words "the employee, who works at the customs

the Directorate, in charge "are replaced by the words" official of the customs

the Directorate, in charge of "and in the text of paragraph 4, after the words" in accordance with "the words

"§ 118 paragraph. 6. "



6. in § 5 para. 1 the words "smoking tobacco and other tobacco"

replaced by the words "and smoking tobacco".



7. In paragraph 9, the words "the employee who works at a designated customs office

and "shall be replaced by" of a public official in charge of the Customs Office, which ".



8. section 9a is including the title.



9. In the heading of annex 1, the words "the employee, who works at the customs

the authority "shall be replaced by" Customs Office "of a public official.



10. In annex 1, the word "worker" shall be replaced by the words "official person

the Customs Office ".



11. in the heading of Annex No. 2, the words "the employee, who works in the

the Customs Directorate, responsible for "shall be replaced by the words" official of the customs

the Directorate responsible for ".



12. in annex No. 2, after the words "in accordance with" the words "§ 118 paragraph. 6

and "after the word" authorized "with the words" official person "and the words

"National security" shall be deleted.



13. in annex No 3 (b). (c)), the words "and other tobacco" and the words "and

the rest of the tobacco "are deleted.



14. in annex 4, paragraph 1, the words "the employee, who works in the

responsible for Customs ' shall be replaced by "of a public official responsible for customs".



15. In annex 4, paragraph 1 (b). (c)), the words ' and the other ' shall be deleted.



16. Of annex 6 and 7, including the headings are deleted.

This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. August 2011.
