The COMMUNICATION FROM the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Ministry of Foreign Affairs says that the 24 July. September 1993 was in
Tallinn signed agreement between the Government of the Czech Republic and the Government of Estonia
Republic on the abolition of visa requirements.
Agreement entered into force in accordance with its article 11, paragraph 2. -1 day ago
December 12, 1993.
The Czech version of the agreement shall be published at the same time.
The AGREEMENT
between the Government of the United Kingdom and the Government of the Republic of Estonia on abolition
visa requirements
The Government of the United Kingdom and the Government of the Republic of Estonia desiring to develop
relations between the two countries, have agreed as follows:
Article 1
Citizens of the State of one Contracting Party who are holders of a travel
documents referred to in the annex, may enter for the purpose of stay
does not work on the territory of the other Contracting Party and
stay on it for up to 90 days without a visa.
Article 2
1. the citizens of the State of one Contracting Party who are holders of
of diplomatic or service passports, and are members of a diplomatic mission
or consular post having its registered office in the territory of the other Contracting
Parties, may stay in the territory of the other Contracting Party during their
allocation without visas. Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the sending
a Contracting State shall communicate to the diplomatic mission of the receiving Contracting State
the names of these people before they are allocated.
2. family members living with the persons referred to in paragraph 1 in
common household may for their allocation, if they are alone
holders of diplomatic or service passports, to reside in the territory of the State
the other contracting party without a visa.
Article 3
Citizens of the State of one Contracting Party may enter the territory of a State other
at border crossings, the contracting parties intended for international intercourse.
Article 4
Citizens of the State of one Contracting Party are required to stay in the territory
the State of the other party, comply with the laws and regulations of this second
State.
Article 5
This agreement shall not affect the right of the States of the Contracting Parties refuse entry or
stay on the territory of their State of unwanted persons or citizens of the State of the second
the contracting parties who might threaten national security, public
order or who do not have sufficient resources to secure
your stay.
Article 6
The Contracting Parties undertake to adopt in its national territory without further
the citizens of this State, the formalities.
Article 7
Citizens of the State of one Contracting Party who lost their travel documents in the
the territory of the other Contracting Party depart from the State of residence to travel
a document issued by the diplomatic mission or consular post responsible
the Contracting Parties.
Article 8
1. With the exception of article 6 each party may temporarily suspend
implementation of the agreement in whole or part, for reasons of health, public policy
or other serious reasons.
2. the introduction, as well as the cancellation of these measures shall be notified without delay
diplomatic channels to the other Contracting Party and shall take effect on the date of
receipt of such notification.
Article 9
The Contracting Parties shall as soon as possible through diplomatic channels
inform each other of any amendments to the terms and conditions for your stay.
Article 10
1. the Contracting Parties through diplomatic channels, no later than 30 days before the
Agreement enters into force shall exchange patterns valid travel documents
listed in the annex to the agreement.
2. In the case of amendments or introduction of new kinds of travel
documents the Contracting Parties shall exchange their designs together with information on
the applicability of these documents through diplomatic channels, no later than 30 days
before their introduction.
Article 11
1. the agreement shall enter into force on the expiry of 30 days from the date of exchange of notes, in
which the Contracting Parties shall notify the national conditions have been met
for its entry into force.
2. the agreement shall be concluded for an unlimited period of time. The expiry of the 90
days from the date of receipt of the written notice of termination of one party.
Done in Tallinn on 24. 9.1993 in two original copies, each in the
Czech and Estonian, both texts being equally authentic.

Valid travel documents within the meaning of this agreement are:
1. for the citizens of the Czech Republic
and) diplomatic passport,
(b)) service passport,
c) passport,
d) Seaman's book,
e) travel card.
2. for the citizens of the Republic of Estonia
and) diplomatic passport,
(b)) passport,
c) Seaman's book,
(d)) to return to the country.
