of 26 March. May 1992



the amount of remuneration and the method of payment of the remuneration and compensation for wages and salaries of members of

electoral commissions



The Federal Ministry of finance in agreement with the Federal Department of

of the Interior pursuant to § 52 para. 2 and 3 of the law No 47/1990 Coll., on elections to the

from wages, the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic, in agreement with the Ministry of

the Interior of the Czech Republic pursuant to § 52 para. 2 and 3 of the law of the Czech National Council

No 54/1990 Coll., on elections to the Czech National Council, as amended by the law of the Czech

the National Council No 94/1992 Coll. (the full text of no 120/1992 Coll.), and under section 22

paragraph. 3 section 3 of Act No. 76/1952 Coll., on income tax from wages, and the Ministry of

States pursuant to § 51 para. 2 and 3 of the Slovak National Council Act No.

80/1990 Coll., on elections to the Slovak National Council, as amended by law

According to section 22 para. 3 section 3 of Act No. 76/1952 Coll., on income tax from wages,

provides:



§ 1



(1) the remuneration for the performance of the functions of a member of the District Election Commission, which has

claim for time off work with wage compensation ^ 1), the amount of 500 Czk.

Remuneration is exempt from payroll taxes.



(2) the Remuneration referred to in paragraph 1 shall be paid



in the Czech Republic) and municipal (municipal) Office or authority that performs the function of

local authority in whose area the ward Electoral Commission is established;



(b)) in the Slovak Republic, the competent local authority or municipal office and in

the capital of the Slovak Republic Bratislava and Košice in the competent

City Hall.



(3) the remuneration shall be paid within 30 days of the termination of the activities of the district

the Electoral Commission.



§ 2



(1) an employer who has paid compensation of wages or salary, ^ 2)

by the Commission in the Slovak Republic;



(e)) of the Office referred to in section 1 (1). 2, in the case of members of the district election

by the Commission.



(2) Compensation shall be paid by the authorities referred to in paragraph 1 to 15 employers

days from the claim.



§ 3



This Decree shall take effect on the date of publication.
