imposing a higher level collective agreements
The Ministry of labour and Social Affairs indicates that in accordance with the
the provisions of § 9 para. 1 Act No. 2/1991 Coll., on collective
negotiation, as amended, were it stored in the period February-March
2015 these collective agreements of a higher degree:
1. Amendment No. 1 to the collective agreement of higher degree, closed 26 March.
2.2015 between the Contracting Parties
Employers ' Association of the mining and oil industry
and
Trade Union of workers of mining, geology and oil industry.
2. higher level collective agreement for the years 2015-2016, closed the day
9.3. 2015 between the Contracting Parties
The Union of trade and tourism in the Czech Republic
and
By the Trade Union of hospitality, hotels and travel
tourism.
3. Amendment No. 1 to the collective agreement for the years 2015-2016, closed the day
10.3. 2015 between the Contracting Parties
The Czech Union of employers in the energy sector
and
