imposing a higher level collective agreements



The Ministry of labour and Social Affairs indicates that in accordance with the

the provisions of § 9 para. 1 Act No. 2/1991 Coll., on collective

negotiation, as amended, were it stored in the period February-March

2015 these collective agreements of a higher degree:



1. Amendment No. 1 to the collective agreement of higher degree, closed 26 March.

2.2015 between the Contracting Parties



Employers ' Association of the mining and oil industry



and



Trade Union of workers of mining, geology and oil industry.



2. higher level collective agreement for the years 2015-2016, closed the day

9.3. 2015 between the Contracting Parties



The Union of trade and tourism in the Czech Republic
