about the fee for the right to fly the national flag of the United States



Government decrees for the implementation of Act No 61/2000 Coll., on shipping:



§ 1



The subject of the edit



This regulation lays down



and the amount of the annual fee) ^ 1) for the right to fly the national flag of the Czech

States ^ 2) (hereinafter referred to as "fee") for the naval yacht ^ 3) and for the maritime

merchant ship, ^ 4)

§ 2



The fee for the marine yacht



The fee for 1 calendar year for marine yachts, ^ 3)



and the length of the hull) does not exceed 12 metres



1. with the designated area authorised cruises and ^ 5) 3 000 CZK



2. the designated area authorised cruises II ^ 5) 3 000 CZK



3. with the designated area authorised shipping III ^ 5) 2 500 CZK



4. with the designated area authorised shipping IV ^ 5) 2 500 CZK



5. with the designated area for sailing in the ^ 5) 2 000;



(b)) which is 12 m hull length, and more

3. with the designated area authorised shipping III ^ 5) 5 000 CZK

§ 3



The fee for the marine merchant ship



The fee for 1 calendar year for the maritime merchant ships ^ 4)

(c)) designed for the transport of bulk cargo, the sum of the basic

d) designed for the transport of petroleum products, the sum of the basic

(e)) the other, which cannot be classified under letter a) to (d)), the sum of

the basic fee in the amount of $ 50,000, and the fee for the tonnage of naval

merchant ships, which is when the net tonnage of naval ships

1. the NRT 38 500 CZK per 1 NRT,

2. from the 501 NRT

up to 5 000 NRT 36 CZK per 1 NRT,

3. from 5 001 NRT

4. over 25 001 NRT 32 CZK per 1 NRT.



§ 4



If the right to fly the national flag of the United States or a

expires during a calendar year, the amount of the fee shall be one

twelfth annual fee (§ 2 or § 3) per each started calendar

§ 6



Penalties for non-payment of the fee

merchant ships ^ 4) must pay the finance charge for each day of delay in the amount of

0.1% of the unpaid amount, starting from the day following the day on

the due date of the fee until the date of payment, inclusive. If not prescribed penalty,

in the aggregate does not exceed the amount of $ 100.



§ 7



Way of proving payment of the fee



(1) payment of the fee shall be determined by a written confirmation issued by the

tonnage of naval ships, if the fee for the maritime

merchant ship, ^ 4)



(e) the amount of the fee) under section 2, 3 or 4.



§ 8



This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of publication.
