DECREE



from day 4. March 2014,



amending Decree No. 47/2005 Coll., on the termination of education in

secondary school final exam and the shutting down of education in

Conservatory of the discharge, as amended by Decree No 126/2007 Sb.



The Ministry of education, youth and sports, provides under section 76 and section 184

paragraph. 2 Act No. 561/2004 Coll. on pre-school, primary, secondary,

higher vocational and other education (the Education Act), as amended by Act No.

370/2012:



Article. (I)



Decree No. 47/2005 Coll., on the termination of education in secondary schools

final exam and the shutting down of the education in the Conservatory

the discharge, as amended by Decree No. 126/2010 Coll., shall be amended as follows:



1. In section 2, at the end of paragraph 1, the following sentence "for serious
