DECREE
of 15 November 2004. October 2003,
amending Decree No 244/2002 Coll., implementing certain
the provisions of law no 449/2001 Coll., on game management
The Ministry of agriculture lays down, pursuant to section 68 to implement section 12 paragraph 1. 8, §
35 para. 7, § 44 para. 3, § 47 para. 5, § 49 para. 2, § 58 para. 3 and §
paragraph 61. 5 of law no 449/2001 Coll., on game management:
Article. (I)
Decree No 244/2002 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act
No 449/2001 Coll., on game management, is amended as follows:
1. In article 1 (1). 3, the words "periodical preventative inspection is performed
once every five years, "shall be deleted.
2. In article 1 (1). 3 and 5, § 3 para. 1 the words "§ 59 paragraph 1. 2 (a). (g)) "
shall be replaced by "section 60".
3. In article 3, paragraph 3. 1, the words "which is placed on the left lapel of the jacket"
deleted and the comma at the end of the sentence is replaced by the dot.
4. In paragraph 3, at the end of paragraph 1, the following sentence "the number shall be entered
the warden, the card is identical to the registration number of the staff
the badge, which is hunting the guard issue. ".
5. § 5 para. 1 (b). (b)) in point 4 and § 21 para. 1 (b). (d) in point 3)
the words "ethology and", the words "its use in hunting practice".
6. in § 5 para. 1 (b). c) point 4 is added:
"4. the Hunter's Zoology and cynology;".
7. in § 5 para. 1 (b). d) point 4 is added:
"4. the control system and its wild marking.".
8. In article 7 (2). 1, § 12 para. 1, § 23 para. 1 and § 32 para. 1, after the word
"classified" after the colon of the words "pass with distinction".
9. In paragraph 7 (2). 2, § 12 para. 2, § 23 para. 2 and § 32 para. 2 after the word
"classifies" after the colon of the words "pass with distinction".
10. In paragraph 7 (2). 2, § 12 para. 2, § 23 para. 2 and § 32 para. 2, the
the following sentence "Candidates, who repeated the examination referred to in paragraph 3, it cannot be

11. in section 7, 12 and 32 to the beginning of paragraph 3 the following sentence "the pretender

14. in paragraph 13 (b). (b)), after the words "or higher vocational school students '

15. in § 14 para. 1, the words in brackets "section 2 (a). I), (j)) and k) "are replaced by
the words "§ 2 (b). I) and (j)) ".
16. in section 18 (a). (b)), after the words "or higher vocational school students '
scopes "is inserted the word" hunting ".
17. in § 19 para. 3 the fourth sentence reads "extract from the criminal record may not be
older than 3 months. ".
18. in section 20 (2). 1 letter d) is added:
"(d)) the name or name, surname, number of the hunting, address
the place of residence or place of stay of a person which is a permit
to hunt, ".
19. in section 21 para. 2, the last sentence shall be deleted.
20. in section 21 para. 5 is the number "10" is replaced by "20".
21. in article 23, paragraph 3 shall be inserted at the beginning of the sentence "the Applicant passed with
honors, at least if it was classified as follows in the same 4
item groups. ".
22. in section 24 (b). (b)), after the words "or higher vocational school students '
scopes "is inserted the word" hunting ".
23. the heading of section 25 reads: "Seal".
24. In article 29, paragraph 2 shall be deleted.
The former paragraph 3 shall become paragraph 2.
25. in section 29 para. 3, the words ' Seal attached in accordance with paragraph 1 shall
picks up, "shall be replaced by the words" Seal affixed to it under paragraph 1, takes away the
recipient of the game when it is processing or a businessman trading with
venison or venison consuming to guest or other activities
so ".
26. in section 30 paragraph 2. 1 (b). (b)), the following point 3 is replaced by a comma and semicolon

27. in section 30 paragraph 2. 1 (b). (e)), point 1 shall be deleted.
Items 2 to 4 shall be renumbered 1 to 3.
28. in section 30 paragraph 2. 1 (b). e) of paragraph 4, the word "hunting" is replaced by
"hunting".
29. in § 33 para. 2 the term "turtle neck" is deleted.
30. In § 33 para. 3, the word "lapel" replaced by the word "Pocket".
31. For the part of a seventh part shall be inserted after the eighth, which including the title reads as follows:

The forms set out in annexes 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 17 and 18
may not be provided by a contractor. ".
