DECREE



The Ministry of Finance of 17 May. March 2000, amending Decree of the

The Ministry of Finance No. 125/1993 Coll., laying down the conditions and

the rate of the statutory insurance employer liability for damage when the

an industrial accident or occupational disease, as amended by later regulations.



The Ministry of Finance shall determine pursuant to section 205d paragraph. 7 of Act No. 65/1965

Coll., the labour code, as amended by law No. 37/1993 Coll.:



Article. (I)



Decree No. 125/1993 Coll., laying down the conditions and rates of legal

employer's liability insurance for damage or occupational

occupational disease, as amended by Decree No 43/1995 Coll. and Decree No.

98/1996 Coll., is amended as follows:



1. In article 1 (1). 1 letter b) including footnote # ^ 1) reads as follows:



"(b)) in a cooperative, insurance companies, and with other employers.



1) § 8 and 205d of the labour code ".



2. In article 1 (1). 2 (a). and) the words "United Cooperatives, cooperative

the insurance company, and. s., or the Moravian-Silesian COOPERATIVES, cooperative

the insurance company, and, within the meaning of paragraph 1 "are replaced by the words" Cooperatives,

the insurance company, a. s. ".



3. § 12 para. 5 (b)):



"(b)) the employer responsible for Cooperatives, insurance, and, on account of the

4. in section 12 paragraph 1. 5 (c)) shall be deleted.



5. Annex 1 shall be deleted.



Article II



This Decree shall take effect on the date of publication.
