DECREE



The Czech Office of work safety



and the Czech Mining Authority



of 11 December 1997. June 1982,



amending and supplementing Decree No. 18/1979 Coll., shall be determined

reserved pressure equipment, and stipulates certain conditions to ensure

their safety



The Czech Office of work safety according to § 5 para. 1 (b). (d)) of law No.

174/1968 Coll., on the State vocational safety surveillance work, and Czech

mining Office pursuant to § 57 para. 1 (b). d) of Act No. 41/1957 Coll. on

the use of mineral wealth (the top Act) and under section 10 (b). and)

the Czech National Council Act No 24/1972 Coll. on the Organization and on the extension of

the supervision of the State Mining Authority, in agreement with the competent central authorities,

provides:



Article. (I)



Decree of the Czech Office of work safety and the Czech Mining Authority no.

18/1979 Sb, which determine the reserved pressure equipment, and provides

some of the conditions to ensure their safety, shall be amended and the following

as follows:



1. § 14 para. 3 read as follows:



"(3) the issued certificates issued to organizations and technicians review

and the test authorities before the 1.7.1979 applies to 30.6.1983. ".



2. section 14, the following paragraph 5 is added:



"(5) the Organization shall be obliged to issue a new request or permission

the certificate for its staff to submit to the competent supervisory authority

by 31.12.1982. ".



Article II



This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. September 1982.
