addictive substances and amending certain other acts, as amended by

Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:



Article. (I)



Act No. 167/1998 Coll., on substance abuse and on the amendment of certain other

laws, as amended by Act No 354/1999 Coll., Act No. 121/2000 Coll., Act

No 132/2000 Coll., Act No. 57/2001 Coll., Act No. 185/2001 Coll., Act

No. 407/2001 Coll. and Act No. 320/2002 Coll., is amended as follows:



1. in article 13, the following paragraph 11, which read:



"(11) the Ministry of defence and the Ministry of Finance issued for

medical and veterinary equipment belonging to their scope

"International non-proprietary name (INN) in the Czech language, the word

"" And in the column of Flunitrazepam a "chemical name" are the words

"1.3-dihydro-5-(o-fluorfenyl)-1-methyl-7-nitro-2 h-1.4-benzo-Diaz-

pin-2-on ".



5. in annex No 6 in the column "international non-proprietary name (INN)
