The Constitutional Court decided on 24. November 1998 in the plenary on the proposal přednostky

The district authority in Sokolov for the annulment of certain provisions of the General

binding ordinances of the town of Sokolov on public order and cleanliness in the city

of 26 March. June 1997



as follows:



The provisions of chapter II, chapter III-paragraph. 2. 3 (a). 4,

Chapter IV, chapter V-paragraph. 2, chapter VI, paragraph. 1, text

paragraph. 2 sounding "and on the grounds of the Church of the bretheren

the waterfront of Petr Bezruč, on which the permit is issued by the Parish referred to

the Church ". 3. 5 (a). 6, and Chapter VII Chapter VIII-

paragraph. 1. 2 (a). 3 generally binding decrees of the town of Sokolov

public order and cleanliness in the city approved the municipal government

in 26 March. June 1997 are repealed on the date of publication of this award

in the collection of laws.
