on the scope, form and manner of transmission of personal and identification data,
the form of a database of these data and the scope, forms and modalities for the transfer of these

The Ministry of industry and trade, in cooperation with the Ministry of the Interior

electronic communications), as amended by law no 310/2006 Coll. and act
No 110/2007 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act") for the implementation of § 33 paragraph. 10 of the Act:
§ 1
Definition of terms
For the purposes of this Ordinance means

§ 2

§ 3
The form and method of transmission of personal, identification and localisation

§ 4
The contents of the database

§ 5
The form and method of transmission of personal, identification and localisation

§ 6

§ 8
