GOVERNMENT REGULATION



of 10 June 1999. September 2014,



amending Government Decree No. 135/2009 Coll. on the provision of

a one-time contribution to alleviate some of the grievances caused by

the Communist regime, as amended by Decree-Law No. 51/Sb.

Article. (I)



Government Decree No. 135/2009 Coll., on granting a one-time contribution to the

alleviate some of the grievances caused by the Communist regime, as amended by

Government Regulation No. 51/2013 Coll., is amended as follows:



1. In article 1, after paragraph 2, insert a new paragraph 3 is added:



"(3) the person referred to in paragraph 2, which was granted a contribution under the

paragraph 1 or 2, shall be entitled to the allowance, even in the period of inclusion

in the technical battalion, if the inclusion of the technical battalion immediately

pick up on the inclusion in the military camp of forced labour; contribution for the

Article. (II)
