of 25 June 2002. June 2003 on the State bond program to defray expenditure

associated with the construction of the D47 motorway



Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:



§ 1



State bond program



(1) the purpose of the State bond program is a reimbursement of expenses connected with the

the construction of the D47 motorway.



(2) the maximum extent of the State's 47 600 debenture programme

(3) all the obligations resulting from this Government bond

the programme shall be paid not later than the expiration of 25 years from the date of acquisition

the effectiveness of this Act.



(4) the resources acquired by emissions of government bonds under this Act

can exceed the total expenditure of the State budget approved by the law on

the State budget for the financial year in which they are thus obtained
