Ministry for regional development Announces pursuant to § 29 para. 3 of Act No.

50/1976 Coll., on zoning and the building code (the building Act), in

amended by Act No. 83/1994 Coll. and Act No. 129/2000 Coll.:



Article 1



2. change and supplement the mandatory part of the master plan of the great territorial unit

Hradec region-Pardubice agglomeration urban regional is defined in annex

No 1 to this communication and set out in annex 2 to this communication.

Territorial plan of the great territorial unit Hradec region-Pardubice settlement

regional agglomeration, approved by the resolution of the Government of the Czech Socialist

Republic of 18 November. May 1988 No. 151, as amended by resolution of the Government of the Czech

the Republic of 12 October. February 1997 No. 71 and the resolution of the Government of the Czech Republic

of 26 March. February 2001, no. 191, is stored at the district offices of Hradec

Králové, Chrudim, Jičín, Náchod, Pardubice and Ústí nad Orlicí, on

the regional offices of Hradec Králové and Pardubice region and on

Ministry for regional development.

Hradec region-Pardubice regional urban agglomeration



The mandatory part of the master plan of the great territorial unit Hradec region-Pardubice

the settlement, approved by resolution of the regional agglomeration of the Government of the United

Socialist Republic of 18 November. May 1988 No. 151 and defined

Government Ordinance No. 64/1997 shall be amended and supplemented as follows:



1. In the use of the territory of the territorially to protect corridors and areas for:

Sedlice after Vysoké Mýto (Nová Ves), including all related objects,

interchanges and their connection to the existing road network,



c) re-routing of road I/33-Velký Třebešov, road I/37 in section

Hradec Králové-Pardubice – Chrudim-Slatiňany, including of the

junctions and their connection to the existing road network, editing, and

shifting on the road II/327, III/III/32734 and 32735 in Chlumec nad

Cidlina-Převýšov-Levín nad Cidlinou-3200 II, shifting and

editing on the road II/323 in Lázně Bohdaneč-Modifications to the TRAFFIC INTERCHANGE (D) 11

Dobřenice, shifting on the road I/36 in a section of the new city (district Hradec

Kings)-Lázně Bohdaneč-Pardubice-Sezemice-Holice, rerouting

I/35 South bypass Holic, the road II/635 in Hradec Králové (South

clutch)



d) adaptation of the transit railway corridor in Týnec nad Labem

-Přelouč-Pardubice-including changes in the road network caused by

its modernization, the relocation of the railway line corridor No. 238 of Pardubice-

Havlíčkův Brod in the Pardubice-Medlešice,



e) modernisation of the Elbe water way including degrees below

Přeloučí, reloading the edges in Pardubice and raised by adjustments on the road

the network.



2. Construction related to the execution of the purposes listed in point 1 and territorial

defined in the graphics part 2. the changes in the zoning plan and the scale

1:50, 000, with the approval clause, are public benefit.
