The Convention,



which establishes the Organization of the United Nations Educational, scientific, and public education.

The Convention,



which establishes the Organization of the United Nations Educational, scientific, and public education.



The Governments of the Member States of this Convention on behalf of their peoples declare,



that, because the war is born in the mind of the people, is to be in the mind of the people

Article II.



Members.
