on the determination of the conditions of implementation of near-common organisation of the market in
dried fodder

The Government ordered pursuant to section 2b, paragraph 1. 2 of law No 249/1997 Coll., on
Agriculture, as amended by Act No. 128/2003 Coll.:
§ 1
The subject of the edit

Approval of processing undertakings

§ 3
Approval of a purchaser of fodder for drying and grinding

§ 4
The request for a grant
The application for subsidy for processing dried fodder shall be made on form
issued by the Fund.
§ 5
Admission and re-admission of dried fodder
The processing undertaking, that accepts or receives again in their
the space of the dried fodder, ^ 8) shall inform in writing the Fund
not later than 48 hours prior to the adoption or by adoption of the dried

§ 6
