about some of the veterinary and sanitary requirements for transport and
processing of animal by-products of

The Ministry of agriculture lays down pursuant to § 78 of Act No. 167/1999 Coll., on the
veterinary care and amending certain related laws (health
Act), as amended by Act No. 131/2003 Coll., Act No. 316/2004 Coll., Act
No 48/2006 Coll., Act No. 182/2008 Coll. and Act No. 227/2009 Coll., to
implement section 41 para. 5 (b). and) of the Act:
§ 1
The subject of the edit
This Decree regulates the following a directly applicable regulation
The European Union ^ 1) the animal health and public health requirements
and the marking of packages,) colored containers and vehicles used to
the collection (the collection) and the transport of the different categories of by-products
of animal origin ^ 2) (hereinafter referred to as "animal by-products"), as well as
processed products ^ 3),
(b) the transport of manure)
(c)) to process some of animal by-products.
§ 2
Color marking of packages, containers and vehicles used to collect
(capture) and transport of animal by-products of
(1) the packaging, container or vehicle, designed to collect (collect) or to
transport of materials
and) category 1, shall be marked in black,
b) category 2 material, other than manure and digestive tract content, are referred to
in yellow,
(c) category 3) are referred to a green colour with a high content of blue to
ensure clear differentiation from other colors.

§ 3
Transport of manure
Manure ^ 4), which is transported in the territory of the Czech Republic in the framework of the
farm or between the economy and the place of destination, in which the
used, may not be accompanied by a commercial document or a health
certificate ^ 5) and the package, container or the vehicle in which it is being transported,
may not be verbally indicated by the word "manure" ^ 6).
§ 4
Exception from the standards laid down by the directly applicable European law

The plant operators on composting of animal by-products,
biogas plants or other technical devices (hereinafter referred to as
"the applicant") shall authorize the regional veterinary services on application use

§ 5
Regulation (EEC)
Decree No 296/2003 Coll., on the konfiskátech of animal origin, their
harmless disposal and other handling, is hereby repealed.
