laying down rules for the granting of aid in support of libraries

The Government directs pursuant to § 15 para. 3 of Act No. 257/2001 Coll. on libraries
and the conditions of operation of public library and information services
(the Library Act), (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"):
§ 1
The subject of the edit
(1) this regulation lays down rules for the granting of subsidies
the operators of the libraries of the State budget (hereinafter referred to as "grants") on the
projects under § 15 para. 1 (b). (b)) to (h)), j) and (l)) of the Act.
(2) this Regulation shall not apply to the provision of subsidies to

§ 2
The subsidy may be granted to operators registered in the register of library
libraries, ^ 3) that does not have at the date of submission of the application in respect of debts
to the State budget, State funds, or to the budget of the territorial

§ 3
The Ministry of culture (hereinafter referred to as "the Ministry") will announce within 30. September
of the calendar year preceding the calendar year in which it is to be

§ 4

§ 5

§ 6

§ 8

§ 9
Subsidies for processing of information sources into electronic form and
their disclosure

and digitization of library collections), which comply with the relevant
standards,
(b) reformatting the document affected by degradation) of acidic paper, when
which comply with the relevant standards,
(c)) and the development of building digital libraries and archives, in order to
long-term accessibility of digital data,
(d)) the making available catalogs in electronic form,
e) shared cataloging libraries and cooperative creation and exploitation of
national authorities within the framework of the Union catalogue.
§ 10
Subsidies to supplement the library collection
The aim of the library collection is primarily a Tween

(b)) preventing and removing unwanted effects of the environment on the library
funds,
(c)) dealing with the aftermath of the incident.
§ 12
Subsidies to make library collections for citizens with disabilities

The objective of making available to the library collections for citizens with disabilities

Common, transitional and final provisions
section 20
(1) a grant may not be awarded if operator library based on findings
