The Ministry of agriculture shall be determined according to § 30 para. 3 of Act No. 219/2003

Coll., on marketing of seeds and plants grown plants and amending

§ 1



Introductory provisions



This Decree ^ 1) incorporates the relevant provisions of the European

Community ^ 2) and lays out the methodology of field and laboratory testing

distinctness, uniformity, stability and value varieties of agricultural

species, varieties of vegetable species and varieties.



§ 2



The methodology of the tests of varieties



(1) the methodology laying down basic requirements for organizing and

the conditions of the tests, the method of evaluation and overview of characters tested varieties

§ 3
