on the extension of the binding effect of collective agreements of a higher degree



The Ministry of labour and Social Affairs, pursuant to section 7 of Act No. 2/1991 Coll., on the

collective bargaining, as amended by the Constitutional Court declared

under no 199/2003 Coll. and Act No. 255/2005 Coll., that Collective

a greater degree of agreement for the years 2015-2016, concluded on 28 June. 1.2015

between the higher trade authority-a trade union of glass, ceramics and

porcelain and of employers ' organisations-the Association of the glass and

ceramic industry of the CZECH REPUBLIC, is effective from the first day of the month

following the publication of this communication, the binding for other

employers with a predominant activity in the sector indicated by codes

classification of economic activities CZ-NACE with number 231,

2341 and 2342.



With the content of the collective agreement a greater degree can meet the

regional offices of the Labour Office of the CZECH REPUBLIC and on the website
