DECREE



of 5 April 2004. December 2013,



amending the Decree of the Ministry of agriculture no. 245/2002 Coll., on

the time of hunting each species of game and about the conditions of the implementation of the closer

hunting, as amended by Decree No 480/2002 Sb.



The Ministry of agriculture shall be determined according to section 68 of Act No 449/2001 Coll., on the

hunting, as amended by Act No. 59/2003 Coll., to implement section 42 paragraph 1. 2:



Article. (I)



Decree No 245/2002 Coll., on the time of hunting each species of game and

detailed conditions of implementation of the hunt, as amended by Act No. 480/2002 Coll.

is amended as follows:



1. in paragraph 1 of the letter l) is added:



"l) wild boar-behemoth and sow, sow, piglets, in addition to the Guide, from 1.

August to 31. January except as provided in section 2 (2). 1 and 2; Piglet and loncak

from the 1. January to 31. December ".



2. in section 1, letter n) is:



"n) sika deer and Japanese-Hindi 1. August 15. January except

referred to in § 2 (2). 1 and fawn from 1. August 30. April with the exception of

referred to in § 2 (2). 1. "
