The Constitutional Court ruled on 17. August 1999 on the proposal, the head of the plenary

District Office in Šumperk generally binding decrees on the abolition of the city

Sumperk. December 1993, no. 22/93 concerning the prohibition on the use of fun

bomb squad as follows:



The Ordinance of the town of Sumperk of 15 July. December 1993, no. 22/93 concerning the prohibition

the use of fireworks shall be repealed on the date of publication of this award

in the collection of laws.
