laying down technical requirements for the balance with a package of activities.
(2) for the purposes of this regulation, the weight of package activities
consider the measuring instruments used to determine the mass of a body
by using the action of gravity on that body and that require the intervention of the
an operator during the weighing process (hereinafter referred to as "scales"). Scales may also be
used to specify additional quantities, quantities, parameters or
characteristics associated with weight.
§ 2
(1) Established pursuant to section 12 paragraph 1 products. 1 of the law are the scales that are used
for
and for the purposes of determining weight) of trade,
b) determination of mass to calculate fees, tariffs, taxes, premiums,
fines, compensation, indemnity or similar type payments,
c) determination of mass for the application of laws or regulations,
opinions of experts in judicial disputes,
d) determination of mass in medicine for weighing patients for the purposes of
monitoring, diagnosis and medical treatment,

THE BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Introductory provisions
Where an instrument equipped with more than one indicating or printing
the devices provided for the purposes described in section 2 (2). 1 or it
connected to this device, that repeated weighing results
operations and that cannot affect the proper function of the instrument, do not apply
the essential requirements provided that the weighing results are printed or
recorded correctly and indelibly either parts of the instrument, which
meets the basic requirements, and these results are accessible to both
parties involved in the measurement. In the case of the scales used for the direct
sales to the public, however, the pointing and the printing mechanism for the seller and
the consumer must meet the basic requirements.
METROLOGICAL REQUIREMENTS
1.
Units of weight
Used units are legal units laid down special
law ^ 4), on the basis of which is permitted to use the following
units and their multiples and parts:
-SI units: kilogram, microgram, milligram, gram, tonne,
-other units: metric carat, if weighing precious
stones.
2.
Accuracy class
2.1. the following accuracy classes are defined:
And special
(II) high
(III) medium
IIII ordinary
Specification of these classes is given in table 1.

The lower bound of capacity is reduced to 5e for instruments in classes II and
(III) specifying the transport fare.
2.2. Scale intervals
2.2.1 the actual scale interval (d) and the verification scale interval (e) are in the form:
1 x 10 k, 2 x 10 k or 5 x 10 k mass units, k is an integer
or zero.
2.2.2 For all weights except instruments with auxiliary indicating devices:
d = e.
2.2.3 for instruments with auxiliary indicating devices, the following
terms and conditions:
(e) = 1 x 10 k g
(d) e = 10 < < (d)
with the exception of the class of accuracy I with the d 10E-4 g < for which
e = 10E-3 g.

Classification
3.1. Instruments with one weighing range
Scales equipped with auxiliary indicating devices belong to class I or class
II. in the case of these weights for these two classes of precision determines the lower bound
maximum capacity of 3. columns of table 1 by replacing the verification scale interval (e)
the actual scale interval (d).
If (d) < 10E-4 g may be the upper limit of capacity in the classroom and less than 50 000 e. 3.2 scales with multiple spans Multiple weighing ranges are permitted, provided that they are clearly marked on the scales ... each individual weighing range is classified under point 3.1. if the weighing ranges belongs to a different accuracy classes, must scales comply with the strictest requirements that apply for the accuracy classes in which the weighing ranges fall. 3.3. Multi-interval instruments 3.3.1 of multi-interval instruments shall be regarded as having one of the scales weighing range, which is divided into partial weighing ranges, each with different subdivisions, one of which is determined automatically by the rising and falling of the load applied. Multi-interval instruments shall not be equipped with an auxiliary indicating device. 3.3.2 Each partial weighing range for instruments with multiple range is defined: its verification scale interval ei with e, (i + l) > ei
its top capacity Maxi with Maxr = Max,
its minimum capacity Mini with Mini = Max (i-l)
and Minl = Min
where:
I = 1,2, ..., r
I = partial weighing range number,
r = total number of partial weighing ranges.
All of the maximum capacity applies to the NET load, regardless of the value
the used tare.
3.3.3 partial weighing ranges are classified according to the table 2. All
partial weighing ranges fall into the same class of accuracy, which is a class
the accuracy of the instrument.
