GOVERNMENT REGULATION



of 29 April 2004. September 2010,



for the purposes of pension insurance the amount of General

the calculation basis for the year 2009 and the amount of the conversion rate for

General adjustment calculation basis for the year 2009 and adjusted amounts

for determining the calculation basis



The Government directs pursuant to § 17 para. 2 and 4 and § 107 para. 2 of law No.

155/1995 Coll., on pension insurance, as amended by Act No. 136/1997 Coll.

Law No. 289/1997 Coll. and Act No. 353/2001 Coll.:



§ 1



The above general assessment base for 2009 is 24 091 Kč.



§ 2



The amount of the conversion rate for the adjustment of the general assessment

the basis for the year 2009 is 1.0269.



§ 3



The amount for determining the calculation basis referred to in section 15 of Act No.

155/1995 Coll. and recently increased the Government Ordinance No. 365/2008 Coll.,

increase as follows:

(b) the amount of Eur 27 000) increase to 28 200 CZK.



§ 4



This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 2011.
