The Czech National Council

about some of the other measures in the system of the central bodies of the State

administration of the Czech Republic and on the establishment of the Office of the President of the Czech Republic



Change: 114/1993.



The Czech National Council decided on the following Act:



Article. (I)



(1) there shall be established the central authorities of the State administration of the Czech Republic, in the

whose head is a member of the Government of the Czech Republic



and the Ministry of defence)



(b)) the Department of transportation.



(2) the existing scope under the laws and other generally

binding legislation passes out of the Ministry of economy in the

matters of road and urban transport, railways, land-based special-purpose

communications, inland waterways, and civil aviation on

the Ministry of transport.



(3) the rights and obligations of employment relationships and other relationships

in connection with the transition of competence referred to in paragraph 2 of

the Ministry of economy to the Ministry of transport.



(4) the transfer of rights and obligations referred to in paragraph 3 shall conclude the Ministry of

economy and transport agreement between specifying this

rights and obligations. About transfers of appropriations have concluded

the Ministry of the 250,000 Protocol.

1. § 1 point 2 is added:



"14. the Ministry of defence".



2. In paragraph 1 are attached paragraph 17, which reads as follows:

3. in article 3, paragraph 2 shall be deleted.



4. section 11 (1) 2 is added:



"(2) the Ministry of Justice is also authority for the prison system; be governed by the

6. The place of the repealed section 17 is added the new section 17, which reads as follows:

The Department of transportation is the central body of State administration in matters

Article IV



This Act shall take effect on the date of publication with the exception of article III,

which shall take effect on the date of termination of the Office of the President of the Czech and

Slovak Federal Republic.
