DECREE



the Ministry of Finance of 1 March. February 1993 an exemption to section

court fees



The Ministry of finance in agreement with the Ministry of Justice pursuant to section 16 of the

paragraph. the Czech National Council Act No. 553/1991 Coll. on Court

fees and fee for an extract from the criminal record, provides:



§ 1



They are exempt from court fees



a) holders of a certificate of participation in the national struggle for the liberation of the issued

According to a special regulation ^ 1) if the pensioner

old-age, invalidity, partial invalidity, for years or výsluhu

the widow's pension, or two of these in parallel,



(b)), the widow of the holders of the certificate referred to in point (a)), if the

neprovdaly and receive old-age, invalidity, widow's or social

pension, or two of these pensions in parallel,



If the amount of income (total income) does not exceed the date 1. January 1993

or on the date of granting of income (total income) after that date, the amount of 3000

CZK. To increase pensions in accordance with special regulations, ^ 2) which occurred

after 31 December 2006. December 1992, is not taken into account for this purpose.



§ 2



The persons referred to in paragraph 1 shall be exempt from court fees from 1.

January 1993.



§ 3



This Decree shall take effect on the date of publication.
