The Government ordered pursuant to section 2b, paragraph 1. 2 of law No 249/1997 Coll., on

Agriculture, as amended by Act No. 128/2003 Coll.:



§ 1



The subject of the edit



This regulation ^ 1) modifies the following on directly applicable provisions of

§ 2

(1) for an application for a subsidy on exports, a request for an advance on the subsidy on

exports and a request for pre-financing subsidies on exports by

regulations of the European communities ^ 2) is considered to be the original single

administrative document indicating the number of the export licence ^ 3) or numbers

refund certificates ^ 4) If this certificate is issued.



(2) the exporter shall indicate on the single administrative document, whether asking for subsidy

§ 4



Manufacturer registration



(1) a manufacturer whose products are to be exported in the form of regularly

exports according to the regulations of the European communities ^ 5),

ask the Fund for registration for that purpose.



(2) the application for registration of the manufacturer referred to in paragraph 1, the manufacturer must

(b) the manufacturer's Declaration on the form) issued by the Fund

exports ^ 7), with an indication of the quantities of basic products, and

products resulting from their processing, and custom of not more than six

registration number, under which the Fund will register this statement,



2. losses arising in the manufacture of the product to be exported

in the form of regularly exports ^ 7).



(3) an application for registration of the manufacturer referred to in paragraph 1 shall be made on the form

issued by the Fund.
