The Czech National Council

about the changes in the Organization and competence of ministries of the Czech Republic



The Czech National Council decided on the following Act:



Article. (I)



There is hereby established the Ministry of labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic as

the central authority of State administration of the Czech Republic.



Article II



The law of the Czech National Council No. 2/1969 Coll., on establishment of ministries and other

central authorities of the State administration of the Czech Socialist Republic, as amended by

the Czech National Council Act No. 61/1988 Coll., on changes in the Organization and

the scope of the ministries and other central bodies of the State administration of the Czech

the Socialist Republic, the Czech National Council Act No. 173/1989 Coll., on

measures in the system of Central Government bodies of the Czech

Socialist Republic, headed by a member of the Government of the Czech

the Socialist Republic, the legal measures of the Bureau of the Czech national

Council No. 9/1990 Coll. amending Act of the Czech National Council No. 2/1969

Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central bodies of State administration

Czech Socialist Republic, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council.

60/1988 Coll., on changes in the Organization and scope of the ministries and other

central authorities of the State administration of the Czech Socialist Republic and the law

The Czech National Council No. 173/1989 Coll., on measures in the system of the Central

bodies of the State administration of the Czech Socialist Republic, in which the head of the

is a member of the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic, and the law of the Czech national

Council no 93/1990 Coll., on certain measures relating to the scope of the

Ministries of the Czech Republic, shall be amended and supplemented as follows:



1. In article 1 (1). 1



-point 2: "Ministry of finance",



-paragraph 6 is added: "the Ministry of labour and Social Affairs".



-point 7 is added: "the Ministry of health",



-items 7 to 14 are renumbered as 8 to 15.



2. section 4 reads as follows:



"§ 4



The Ministry of finance is the central body of the State administration for State

the Republic's budget, taxes and duties, financial management, management

with national assets, for the things insurance companies and savings banks and for price. ".



3. section 9 reads as follows:



"section 9



(1) the Ministry of labour and Social Affairs is the central body of State

management for labor relations, employment and retraining

civil service workers, wages and other remuneration, pension

security, health insurance, sick leave, social security

education, social care, care about the working conditions of women and minors,

legal protection of maternity, children and family care, care of the disabled

the affected citizens and citizens, who need special assistance, and to

further questions of pay and social policy.



(2) the Minister of labour and Social Affairs is subordinate Czech Office safety

work. ".



4. section 10 reads as follows:



"§ 10



(1) the Ministry of health is the central body of State administration for

medical and health care, health research

activities, health education, health facilities,

natural health spa and natural medicinal resources for health

production and for questions of the regression of the refunds.



(2) as the authority of the public health service is in the Ministry of health

appointed the Chief Health Officer of the Czech Republic.



(3) the part of the Ministry of health is the Czech Inspectorate of bath and

exits. ".



Article. (III)



The Bureau of the Czech National Council shall be empowered, in the collection of laws

the full text of the law was announced by the Czech National Council No. 2/1969 Coll., on

the establishment of ministries and other central bodies of the State administration of the Czech

Socialist Republic of Vietnam, as derived from the laws of it changing and

complementary.



Article IV



This Act shall take effect on 1 January 2000. July 1990.
