about the amount of time the charges, rates, tolls, congestion charges and discounts on the procedure
the application of discounts on tolls
The Government ordered under section 46 paragraph. 1 of Act No. 13/1997 Coll., on the road
safety, as amended by Act No. 102/2000 Coll., Act No. 80/2006 Coll.
Act No. 152/2011 Coll. and Act No. 196/2012:
§ 1
The subject of the edit
This regulation ^ 1) incorporates the relevant provisions of the European Union) ^ 2 and
Adjusts the amount of time a fee, the amount of the toll rates, the amount of the discount on the

the use of selected sections of the road.
§ 2
The amount of time the fee

(2) breakdown of the toll rates referred to in paragraph 1 (b). (b)) does not apply to vehicles
category M2 and M3 ^ 4).
(3) the toll rates for the highway and expressway are listed in the
Annex No 1 to this regulation, with the exception of the toll rates for vehicles
category M2 and M3 ^ 4), which are listed in annex 3 to this

§ 4

§ 5
Discount at the tolls
(1) the period of time applicable for the calculation of the discount on the overall stored tolls

§ 6
The procedure for the application of the discount on the tolls
(1) the operator of a vehicle shall provide the system operator of the electronic

§ 8
Cancellation provisions
Shall be repealed:

§ 9
