amending the decree implementing election laws
Ministry of the Interior shall establish under section 74 (b). c) of Act No. 491/2001 Coll.
the elections to the Councils of the municipalities and amending certain laws, and in the agreement
with the Czech Statistical Office pursuant to § 92 para. 1 (b). (c)) Law No.
247/1995 Coll., on elections to the Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and
to certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 204/2000 Coll.
Act No. 230/2002 Coll., under section 59 (b). c) of Act No. 130/2000 Coll.
elections to the regional councils and on amendments to certain laws, as amended by
Act No. 230/2002 Coll., pursuant to § 74 (b). d) of Act No. 491/2001 Coll.
elections to the Councils of municipalities and amending certain acts, pursuant to section 70
(a). b) of Act No. 62/2003 Coll., on elections to the European Parliament and of the

Amendment to Decree No. 233/2000 Coll.
Article. (I)
Decree of the Ministry of Interior No. 233/2000 Coll. on the execution of certain
the provisions of Act No. 247/1995 Coll., on elections to the Parliament of the Czech
Republic and amending and supplementing certain other acts, as amended by
Act No. 212/1996 Coll., Constitutional Court published under no.
243/1999 Coll. and Act No. 204/2000 Coll., as amended by Decree No. 80/2002
Coll., Decree No. 188/2002 Coll., Decree No. 401/2002 Coll., Decree No.
565/2002 Coll., Decree No. 251/2006 Coll., Decree No. 368/2008 Coll.
Decree No. 321/2009 Coll. and Decree No. 442/2009 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Part two, including title and footnote # 5, 6 and 7
repealed.
2. in paragraph 6, the following paragraph 6a is inserted:
"§ 6a
The form of the voting card is strictly zúčtovatelným a form with
security features against abuse. Each form shall bear the letter "
indicating the series starting with the letter A and the šestimístnou digit of each
series from 000001 to 999999. After the exhaustion of numbers that the series follows
the series marked the next letter according to alphabetical order. ".
3. In article 8, paragraph 1, the following paragraph 2 is added:
"(2) the local authority and the Embassy's overview of received,
issued and damaged or degraded forms of electoral
of the licence; corrupted or debased forms of electoral identity card
formally received. ".
Paragraphs 2 to 6 shall become paragraphs 3 to 7.
4. In paragraph 14, the words "period referred to in section 2 (2). 1 to 43 days, ' shall be deleted.

Transitional provision
For elections to the Senate declared before the date of entry into force of this order
is it Decree 233/2000 Coll., in the version in force prior to the date of acquisition
the effectiveness of this Ordinance.

Decree of the Ministry of Interior No. 152/2000 Coll. on the execution of certain

Decree No. 442/2009 Coll. and Decree No. 233/2012 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In article 11 (1) 2, the comma at the end of point 6 is replaced by a dot and point 7 is
repealed.
2. in article 11, the following paragraph 4, including footnote # 24
added:
"(4) for the elections to the regional councils shall apply the specimen

Decree No. 442/2009 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in article 2 paragraph 4 is added:
"(4) in the capital city of Prague and in the territorial statutory cities, broken down

Amendment to Decree No. 294/2012 Coll.
Article. (VI)
Decree 294/2012 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of the law on
the election of the President of the Republic, is amended as follows:
1. in § 5 para. 1 at the end of subparagraph (g)) the comma is replaced by a dot and the
letter h) shall be deleted.
2. In paragraph 5, the following paragraph 3, including footnote # 1
added:
"(3) for the election of the President of the Republic shall apply the specimen
the voting card and to the custody of the form provided for in the Decree
