Karlovy Vary, Kašperské Hory, Klatovy, Manětín, Mariánské Lázně, Town

Touškov, Ostrov nad Ohří, Planá u Mariánských Lázní, Castle, Rabštejn,

Rokycany, Spalene Porici, Silver, Sušice, Tachov, Warm, Toužim,

The Oder, Opava, Přerov, Šumperk Šternberk, Shields, Tovačov, Uničov,

Valašské Meziříčí, Vidnava, Gold Mountain, are declared a conservation zone

(hereinafter referred to as "the zone").



§ 2



The boundaries of the territory of the zones defined in the annex to this Decree and are

indicated in the plans, which are deposited with the Ministry of culture of the Czech

of the Republic, the State Institute for preservation of historical monuments in Prague, at the Heritage

Institute of Central Bohemia in Prague, Plzeň, Ústí nad Labem, Ostrava and

Olomouc, district and municipal authorities competent according to the spatial

§ 3



For the protection and care of the conservation value of the zone, which consists of

in particular, the importance of the territory for the historical, cultural and personality

places, historical ties and areas of real estate, and both external and internal image
