about the information that is recorded in the river information services



The Department of transportation shall determine pursuant to section 52 of the Act No. 114/1995 Coll.

inland waterway, as amended by Act No. 358/1999 Coll., Act No.

118/2004 Coll. and Act No. 309/2008 Coll., to implement section 32a of the paragraph. 1 and 4, §

32B para. 3 and section 32 c of paragraph 1. 1 (b). (b)) of the Act:



§ 1



This Decree incorporates the relevant provisions of the European

§ 2

§ 3

§ 4



The items of information to the RIS

2. the location of the part of the waterways and the objects referred to in annex No. 1.

bridges,

§ 5



The structure of information with restricted access



Restricted information shall include the information referred to in section 4, paragraph 4. 1

§ 6



Structure, form, content and method of transmission of information



(1) the information transmitted by the operator of a vessel or the leader of the vessel

(d)) the information referred to in § 4, paragraph 4. 2 (a). a) to (d)) and in section 4, paragraph 4. 1 (b).

c) point 2 to be passed to the RIS System Manager when crossing the State border

by telephone, radio station or by written telecommunication,



e) time and place of their cruises to be passed to the RIS System Manager without

undue delay after their cruises electronic message

by telephone, radio station or by written telecommunication,



f) information about the incident on the waterway to be passed to the administrators of

RIS system without undue delay after its discovery by phone,

a radio station or by written telecommunication,



g) information about the location of vessels identified by learning characters

to be passed to the RIS System Manager, when you stop the cruises in connection with

the achievement of the maximum water status of electronic message

by telephone, radio station, or by fax.

In the event that the vessel is fitted with a device allowing remote and

24/7 access to the RIS system, operator of a vessel may or

the leader of the vessel the information referred to in points (a) to (e))) and (g))

through this device, if they do so within the time limit or in the

times listed in (a)), c), (d)), e) and (g)).



(2) the information transmitted by the administrator of the waterway system administrators RIS

delay, until the departure of the vessel from lock

through a device allowing remote and access to

RIS system.



(5) information transmitted to the Czech hydrometeorologickým Institute administrators

RIS system through a device allowing remote and continuous

access to the RIS system include information about



and the applicable conditions and water) flows to the vodočtech referred to in

Annex No 2 of this order at the rate of every hour,



(b) water conditions and forecasts) flows to the vodočtech referred to in

Annex No 2 of this order for a period of 48 hours, starting at 7 a.m.;

the forecast is issued once a day, always at 10 am.



(6) the information transmitted by the operator of the port of RIS System Manager without


undue delay by telephone, fax, radio station

through a public data network or through a device

§ 7
