about verifying the authenticity of the signature or the conformity of the transcript or a copy with the Charter

The Ministry of transport and communications shall establish in accordance with § 85 para. 1 of law No.
61/2000 Coll., on maritime navigation, (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") to implement section 35
paragraph. 2 of the Act:
§ 1
Verifying the authenticity of the signature
(1) the verification of the authenticity of the signature (hereinafter referred to as "legalization") the master of a ship

§ 2

§ 3
