The Ministry of health shall lay down pursuant to § 3 (2). 2 Act No 120/2002
Coll., on conditions for placing biocidal products and active substances on the market
and amending certain related laws, as amended by Act No 297/2008
Coll. and Act No 342/2006:
§ 1
(1) this Decree incorporates the relevant provisions of the European Union ^ 1) and
modifies the list of active substances, list of active substances with a low risk of
and specific conditions for authorisation and use of biocidal products and
low-risk biocidal products containing that active substance.
(2) active substances for use in biocidal products are listed in the
Appendix No. 1 to this Decree and active substances for use in biocidal
low-risk products are listed in annex 2 to this

for the type of biocidal product placed on the market only on the basis of

placing on the market; in these cases, this time limit shall be set at 30 days from the
date of release European Commission decisions taken pursuant to article. 4 (4). 4
