DECREE



of 17 May. September 2013



on the submission of statements of the Czech National Bank entities that belong to the

sector of financial institutions

The Czech National Bank establishes, pursuant to § 41 para. 3 and section 43 (a). and) Act

No 6/1993 Coll. on Česká národní banka, as amended by Act No 227/Coll.:



§ 1



The subject of the edit



This Decree regulates the following on directly applicable provisions of

system of national and regional accounts in the European Union "^ 2") and not by the Bank

or a branch of a foreign bank (hereinafter referred to as the "reporting person"), and sets out the

§ 2



Definition of terms



For the purposes of this Ordinance, means the

§ 3

(hereinafter referred to as "electronic money institution").



§ 4



Statements of investment fund



(1) Obhospodařovatel on the last day of each calendar month

It builds individually for each managed investment fund statement



and) ISSUED (CNB) 1-12 "monthly balance of assets and liabilities of investment fund",



(b)) (CNB) ISSUED 3-12 "monthly summary of held and issued by the participating

Securities Investment Fund ",

(2) the Statements referred to in paragraph 1 shall be presented by the Czech national obhospodařovatel

presents the statements referred to in paragraphs 1 to 3 individually for each of these

sub-funds.



(5) the Government shall draw up and submit to the investment fund of the Czech national

bank statements referred to in paragraphs 1 to 3. If the Government investment

Fund joint stock company with variable capital, which

creates the sub-funds, shall draw up and submit to the statements referred to in paragraphs 1 to 3

individually for each of the sub-funds.



(6) the contents of the statements referred to in paragraphs 1 and 3, is set out in Appendix 1 to this

§ 5



Provider of asset financing statements



(1) the intermediary financing of assets at the end of each calendar

quarter compiles and submits to the Czech National Bank (CNB) statement of OFIS

3-04 "quarterly balance sheet of assets and liabilities financing provider

assets ", and always within 20 days after the end of the second month following

quarter.



(2) the intermediary financing assets that in the balance of assets and liabilities

showing items in relation to foreign countries,



and) on the last day of each calendar month shall draw up and submit to the

§ 6



Statements of insurance companies



(1) an insurance undertaking on the last day of each calendar month to compile and

presents to the Czech National Bank (CNB) statement in 28-12 "monthly overview

holdings of foreign securities ", and always within 20 days

the following month.



(2) the insurance company at the end of each calendar quarter shall draw up and

shall submit the statement of the Czech National Bank (CNB) POJ 11-04 "quarterly balance sheet

assets and liabilities of the insurance company ", and always within 30 days following the

(3) the contents of the statements referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 are set out in annex 3 to this

§ 7



Statement of pension company



(1) the pension company at the end of each calendar quarter

§ 8



Special-purpose financial statements of the company for securitisation



(1) the Purpose of the financial company for securitisation to the end of each

§ 9



Statements of the trader in securities



(1) a securities dealer to the last day of each calendar

§ 9a



Statement of the credit unions, credit institution and the electronic

money



(1) the Credit Union at the end of each calendar year, shall draw up the

DZ (CNB) statement 11-01 "annual report on payment systems credit

unions ".



(2) payment institutions and electronic money institutions at the end of

each calendar year, is compiled by a statement of the PLT (CNB) 12-01 "annual statement

on payment systems, payment institutions and electronic money institutions ".



(3) the Credit Union, the credit institution and the electronic

money shall be submitted by the Czech national bank statements referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2, always

up to 20. February of the following calendar year.



(4) the content of the reports referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 are set out in Appendix 7 to this

the Decree.



§ 10



Aspect of statistical significance



(1) the reporting person on receipt of information about the application of terms

statistical significance of the Czech National Bank presents once a year

§ 11

§ 12



When reporting data on claims and commitments to monetary financial

§ 14



(1) if the reports submitted are correct and complete, the Czech National Bank

through the software referred to in § 13 para. 1 confirm

reporting to the person receiving them.



(2) if required by the Czech National Bank, the reporting person will repair

incorrect or incomplete statements, the statements within the time limit fixed

submit to the Czech National Bank in the manner prescribed in section 13 and in the case of

necessary, shall submit the requested explanation.



(3) If the reporting person finds that data previously submitted statement

is not correct, through programming of the application referred to in §

in article 13(3). 1 data for this statement and, if necessary, the data statements

related and shall immediately inform the design, scope and content of the correction of

§ 15



(1) If on the basis of the verification of the financial statements by the auditor changes

the reported data in the reports drawn up at 31. December and

submitted by the Czech National Bank under this Ordinance, shall draw up and

the reporting person shall submit these reports again with modified values to

15 days after making the corresponding changes in the accounts. Re-

statements, the reporting person shall draw up and submit them again. Re-

§ 17



Transitional provision



For the obligation to draw up and submit statements that relate to the period

belong to the sector of financial institutions, in the version in force before the date of

entry into force of this Decree.

§ 19

The contents of the statements of investment fund



I. ISSUED (CNB) 1-12 "monthly balance of assets and liabilities of investment fund"



The statement includes the balance sheet data broken down statistically and selected supplementary

the data for each individual investment fund or sub-fund.



Part 1: Assets



Includes total assets and their statistically broken folder-saved

transferable and other deposits, loans and similar receivables,

holdings of securities, fixed assets, financial derivatives, other assets and

their folder.



Part 2: liabilities



Contains the total liabilities and their statistically broken folder-received

loans, the securities issued by the Fund, financial derivatives,

other liabilities and their folders.



Part 3: additional information



Additional information about the volume of borrowed securities.

II. FUND (CNB) 3-12 "monthly summary of securities held and issued by the

Investment Fund "



The statement contains the identification of the fund securities held and issued and

their basic characteristics on an individual basis.

provider financing assets.

Contains information about the financial loans abroad and about

deposits in accounts abroad and their statistically broken folder.



Part 2: liabilities



Contains information about the financial credits received from abroad and their

statistically broken folder.



Folder listed assets and liabilities are broken down according to your

the foreign entity and by type of tracked variables (States,

III. PB (CNB) 62-04 "quarterly statement-schedule of long-term

financial credits received from abroad "



The statement contains details of the anticipated future installments of long-term

financial credits received from abroad. The reporting of future payments

financial credits includes the repayment of principal and interest payments broken down

by type and country of residence of the foreign entity.



IV. PB (CNB) 63-01, "annual report on foreign direct investment"

the subsectors specified ACES 2010. Furthermore, the reported data on transactions

Report contains statistically balance sheet data broken down for the insurance company.

stored deposits, holdings of securities other than participation, financial derivatives,

loans and similar receivables, excluding shares held

investment funds, listed and unlisted, held in

investment funds, held by other interests, receivables from reinsurance,

reinsurers ' share of technical provisions, claims the Czech Office

insurers in respect of the deficit from the statutory liability insurance

operation of the vehicle, trade receivables and prepayments,

other financial receivables, other assets.



Part 2: liabilities



Contains the total liabilities and their statistically broken folder-released

securities other than participation, financial derivatives, loans, received

capital in the capital and other capital, technical

the reserve life insurance, non-life insurance technical reserves

provision for the application of the standardized warranties, liabilities of the business

contact and advances received, other financial liabilities, other liabilities.



Part 3: additional information



Contains additional indicators relating to statutory insurance
