The Government ordered pursuant to section 2 c of paragraph 1. 5 of law No 249/1997 Coll., on
Agriculture, as amended by Act No. 128/2003 Coll., Act No. 85/2004 Coll.
Act No. 291/2009 Coll. and Act No. 179/2014 Coll. and under section 1 (1). 3
Act No. 257/2000 Coll., on the State agricultural intervention fund, and
amendments to certain other laws (the law on the State farm
the intervention fund), as amended by Act No. 441/2005 Coll., Act No.
291/2009 Coll. and Act No. 179/2014 Sb:
§ 1
The subject of the edit
This regulation lays down further to the directly applicable provisions

§ 2
Animal welfare measures
Animal welfare measures are made up of the following

§ 3
An applicant for a grant
(1) the applicant for the granting of subsidies is a natural or legal person,
that

Act No. 219/2000 Coll., on the property of the Czech Republic and its representation in
legal relations, as amended, which fulfils the conditions
referred to in paragraph 1 (b). a), c) and (d)).
(3) the economy registered in the central register ^ 3) (hereinafter referred to as
"the farm"), which treats the person referred to in paragraph 1, or
the branch of the State referred to in paragraph 2 (hereinafter referred to as "the applicant")
livestock, which are the subject of subsidies (hereinafter referred to as "listed

§ 4
Active farmer
(1) the amount of the direct payment for the preceding calendar year referred to in article. 9.

§ 5
The request for a grant

§ 6
The conditions for granting subsidies
(1) the Fund will provide aid for animal welfare measures in the

§ 7
Certificate parameters

§ 8

days after the end of the commitment.
§ 9
Submeasure magnification in the breeding of dairy cows, cubicle workspace
(1) the application for the granting of subsidies for the Sub-measure zoom

§ 10
Stable environment improvement in the legal basis of breeding dairy cows
(1) the application for the granting of subsidies for the improvement of the legal basis

§ 11

§ 12
Submeasure improvement of living conditions of pigs
(1) the application for the granting of subsidies for the improvement of the legal basis

(c) the minimum daily number of) weaned piglets on that holding,
that the applicant will comply with the conditions of this Sub-measure in retention
period.
(2) Fund will provide grant to submeasure stage zoom for weaned
piglets if the applicant on each of those holdings shall fulfil in
accordance with section 6 of the following conditions:
and at least 3) livestock unit weaned piglets,
(b) ensure that all piglets and odstaveným), or another registered

§ 14
Replacing animals

§ 15

(2) Subsidies for the calendar year shall be calculated as the product of the number of
eligible livestock units ^ 8), and the rate referred to in paragraph 1.
(3) Fund will provide grant money in the currency of the United States; the rate of subsidy under
paragraph 1 is converted according to the exchange rate, which is published in the
the most recent official journal of the European Union on 31 December. December
calendar year preceding the year for which the subsidy provides.

§ 17
The rejection of the application for the granting of subsidies and the reduction of or failure to provide
subsidies
(1) Subsidies for the calendar year under section 5 for the abovementioned
economy fails to provide, if the Fund finds that the applicant has not complied with the conditions
laid down in
§ 3 (1)). 1 (b). c) or (d)),
(b)) § 3 (1). 3 or 4,
(c) section 6 (1)). 1 (b). (d)),
(d)) § 8 para. 1 or 2,
e) § 9 para. 2 (a). and) or (b)),
(f)) § 10 para. 2 (a). and) or (d)),
g) § 11 (1) 2,
h) § 11 (1) 3 (b). a), b) or (d)),
I) § 12 para. 2 (a). and) or (b)),
j) § 12 para. 4 (b). and), b) or c), or
to § 13 para.) 2 (a). a) or (b)).
(2) Subsidies for animal welfare measures in the competent
calendar year shall be granted, if the Fund finds that the applicant has not complied with
the conditions set out in § 3 (1). 1 (b). a) or b) or in § 6 (1). 1
(a). (b)).
(3) if the Fund finds that the number of livestock units recorded
of animals kept by the applicant on that holding for the retention period
for the legal basis under section 2 (b). a) to (c)), (b). (d) point 2 (a)). (e)), or
throughout the period of the commitment in the case of a legal basis under section 2 (b). (d))
point 1 is
and) is higher than the number of livestock units referred to in the application for
the granting of subsidies under the Sub-measure for the economy
the applicant applied for the calculation of the subsidy, the number of livestock units
referred to in this application, or
(b)) is less than the number of livestock units referred to in the application for
the granting of a subsidy, a subsidy in the framework of the legal basis for the

animal welfare has violated the rules of cross-compliance provided for in
