fares and travel on a special surcharge for professional soldiers

The Government directs pursuant to § 68 para. 2 and 4 and § 68c para. 2 of law No.
221/1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by Act No 332/2014 Sb:
§ 1
The subject of the edit
This regulation lays down
and business tariffs for) the amount of military rank and military rank in the

(b)) types of business activities, depending on the extent of Neuropsychological burden
and the likelihood of threats to life or health,
(c) the amount of the extra charge) by type of business
activities.
§ 2
A business plan
(1) the amount of the official tariffs belonging to military ranks, referred to in
§ 68 para. 2 of the law on the army of occupation shall be

§ 3
Extra charge
(1) extra charge for the service in the terms associated with extreme
neuropsychickou burden or risk of danger to life or health
set at EUR
and up to $ 100) 8,000 CZK per month in the risk group,
(b)) $ 100 to $ 200 a month in class II. risk group,
(c)) $ 100 to $ 400 a month. risk group and
(d))-$ 600 to 2 000 CZK per month in IV. risk group.
(2) the types of business activities are divided into the individual risk
groups depending on the extent of the burden and the likelihood of Neuropsychological

§ 4

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. July 2015.

Annex 1
Types of business activities, depending on the extent of Neuropsychological stress and
the likelihood of threats to life or health
I. Business activities in the risk group
Risk group I are included the following business activities:
and the activity of the Executive military squadron),
(b) the activities of the national military intelligence) in the performance of tasks
Military intelligence under the law on Military News ^ 1)
(c) a member of the special forces) activity in the performance of the tasks of the special forces
in accordance with the resolution of the Government on the use of special forces and leadership
Special Operations ^ 2)
(d) the activities of the military police officers to secure) the protection of the Minister
Defense.
II. Business activities in class II. risk group
To II. risk groups are classified in the following business activities:
and air traffic management)

III. Business activities in III. risk group
To (III). risk groups are classified in the following business activities:

IV. Business activities in IV. risk group
To (IV). risk groups are classified in the following business activities:

relating to the category of military aviation personnel,
