the medical fitness to physical education and sport
The Ministry of health shall lay down pursuant to § 95 para. 1 of law No.
373/2011 Coll., on specific health services, (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") to
implement section 52 (a). and) and c) of the Act and under section 95 para. 2 of the Act in
agreement with the Ministry of education, youth and sports to implement section 52
(a). (b)) of the Act:
Introductory provisions
§ 1
(1) this Ordinance provides for the species, the frequency and content of medical examinations
necessary for the determination of health status, including the scope of professional
examination, and the procedures for their provisioning, the list of diseases, conditions and defects

§ 2
(1) medical fitness shall be assessed to the health demands

Medical examinations necessary for the assessment of medical fitness and

§ 3

§ 4

§ 5
(1) Periodic medical examination shall be carried out in order to detect changes

§ 6
(1) Emergency medical examination is performed, if

§ 7

§ 8
Medical opinion

§ 9
Regulation (EEC)

3/1981. MINISTRY (registered in the amount of No 28/1989 Sb.).
§ 10

Annex 1
Physically demanding sports disciplines
Physically demanding sports disciplines, regardless of the level of competition
are
1. sports with a high risk of damage to the health of athletes
in or around the injury (for example, rugby, boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, judo,
Karate and other combat and combat sports with full contact, motoring),
2. sports disciplines with a high risk of failure of the basic living
functions as a result of overload the musculoskeletal, rejection,
metabolic, circulatory, respiratory, endocrine, nervous or

gliders, balloons).
Annex 2
Diseases, defects and conditions that exclude or limit the medical fitness
to sport or physical education
Diseases, defects or conditions that exclude or limit health
eligibility to sport or physical education are diseases, defects and conditions
that cause such health complication or deviations, which may
in connection with the performance of a particular sport or physical education lead to
the deterioration of the health status of the person assessed or in connection with its
health damage to the health of other people. They are:
I. Disease, defects or conditions of muscle and musculoskeletal system and connective tissue
1. osteoporosis
2. osteoarthróza
3. osteochondropatie
4. aseptic bone necrosis
5. organic disorders of the spine (scoliosis, rotation, florid stadium morbus
