about the loyalty of the addition of the miners

The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic has resolved

to this Act:



§ 1



The purpose of the law



This Act regulates the provision of loyalty the addition of miners (hereinafter referred to as

"loyalty allowance") as the recognition and measurement fidelity hornickému

§ 3

Entitlement



§ 4



(1) the entitlement to the allowance arises for loyalty of the waiting time.

(7) The waiting period does not include the period of detention and imprisonment

freedom, if the worker has been convicted for a criminal offence, or

§ 5



Workers who are in an employment relationship to the organization referred to in paragraph 4 of the

§ 6



Restrictions and loss of

§ 7

§ 8

§ 9

§ 10



Payout and maturity of the loyalty of the addition

§ 11
