the dispensary care
The Ministry of health shall, pursuant to section 120 of the Act No. 372/2011 Coll.
on health services and conditions of their provision (law on
health services), for the implementation of § 5 para. 3 (b). (b)) of the Act:
§ 1
Dispensary tours are carried out by the providers of health services (hereinafter
"the provider") in that period of time, which requires health
the patient's condition, but at least once a year.
§ 2
Diseases, defects or conditions (hereinafter referred to as "diseases"), which provides
dispensary care, and providers who perform follow-up,
be given in the annex to this Decree.
§ 3
Decree 386/2007 Coll. laying down the diseases for which the
provides dispensary care, time between inspections and dispenzárních

§ 4
This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. April 2012.
