DECREE
of 6 May 1999. March 2013
on the scope of the information provided on chemical mixtures that have
some hazardous properties, and detergents
The Ministry of health shall lay down pursuant to § 37 para. 2 of law No.
350/2011 Coll., on chemical substances and chemical compounds (chemical
Act) to implement section 22(2). 6 chemical law:
§ 1
The subject of the edit
(1) this Ordinance shall determine the scope of the information provided in the electronic

§ 2
The scope of information
(1) the scope of the information provided on hazardous mixtures referred to in paragraph 1 of the
paragraph. 1 (b). and) is determined in part one of annex 1 to this notice.
(2) the scope of the information provided on hazardous mixtures referred to in paragraph 1 of the
paragraph. 1 (b). (b)) is determined in part two of annex 1 to this notice.
(3) the scope of the information provided on detergents according to § 1 (1). 2
(a). and) is determined in part one of annex 2 to this Decree.
(4) the scope of the information provided on detergents according to § 1 (1). 2
(a). (b)) is determined in part two of annex 2 to this Decree.
§ 3
The effectiveness of the
This Decree shall take effect on the date of 15. March 2013.

1. identification of DANGEROUS mixtures and the PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR PLACING on the MARKET
1.1. Trade name or other name of the dangerous mixture
1.2 Appropriate uses of dangerous mixtures
1.3 information about the legal entity or natural person responsible for the business
placing a dangerous preparation on the market (the position of the person in the distribution
the string name or person's name, address, name of contact person,
contact phone number, and e-mail address)
2. HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION
2.1 classification of dangerous mixtures (according to chemical law or regulation
